It has come to my attention, that a lot of newly awakened vamps in the community have this strange rush complex. This rush complex is when they feel that they need to learn everything all at once not taking the time to learn the basics. This is mostly to newly awakened Psi vampires.

They want to learn how to manipulate energy, over power peoples minds, cause people to pass out with their draining, among other things. Half the stuff the are asking for most old vampires can't even do yet or at all. Yet they want to be special. Now don't get me wrong I am not trying to put the new psi vampires down. But It does seem you need to crawl before you learn to walk.

Take the time to learn the basics. Get conformable with the energy around. Learn the difference between a scan and a drain. Learn to ground yourself. Learn to control your cravings and your draining. Over feeding and not grounding can lead to you getting sick! Energy poisoning my friend. You new ones aren't learn to filter the energy you are getting. Because you never tried to learn the basics.

A few basics you should look up and that are recommend to learn for any newly awakened vampire are these:

Shielding
Grounding
Familiarize yourself with the energy around you and your own energy.
Visualization.
And defense.

Once you learn the basics the next steps will follow. If I left anything out email me and let me know. Its like taking any class before you can write a book you need to know how to write a sentence or learn to read, write and spell. Or else you'll never get anywhere.

On New Sangs The first most important thing you need to learn is safe and sanitary bloodletting. Always use new blades, Needles, or what ever else you use to get blood going from a wound or puncture wound. Make sure u sterilize the skin before making the wound. And clean up when your done. These tips can reduce scars, infections in both yourself and your donor. Make sure you screen your donor regularly, or that you have an open relation ship with your donor. Remember they are your life source and you should treat then with the same respect you would give yourself. Because without them you will be dead.

And be more careful choosing your donors, don't go picking up strangers without getting full details of who they are. You can possible endanger yourself or them. There are you country laws that DO apply to you. If they aren't followed and you get caught there's a good chance you will go to jail or end up with a lawsuit if you know what I mean.
