About Some Lives Are Different

Some Lives Are Different is a real vampirism, therian, otherkin, and donor resource zine. Created by The Gatekeeper in February of 2005, it's purpose is to provide a non-discrimantory environment where all interested can congregate together, learn, and have a good time in a relaxed setting. Our goal is to continually provide support and information, to the diverse community at large and to those outside the community in efforts to remove many of the stereotypes that exist and to educate those who do not understand. To help increase communication, the site offers: related articles, a newsletter, discussion forums, chat rooms, and a mailing list. The site also offers content expressing the artistic nature of our community through it's gallery, short stories, and poetry wall.
